Then, continuation to Les Météores: it is an incredible set of rocky towers which have housed monasteries of orthodox tradition since the 11th century. This sublime site has around sixty vertiginous rocky peaks. At their summit, the meteor monasteries dominate the plain of Thessaly and the plain of Pénée. Direction towards the Saronic Islands: Aegina, Poros, Hydra. They form an archipelago located in the Saronic Gulf, in the Aegean Sea between Attica to the northeast, the Isthmus of Corinth to the northwest and the Peloponnese to the southwest.
